Case Study
Our Client sought to enhance the security of their property with new automated gates, they faced the challenge of maintaining the traditional aesthetic required by the local parish council.
Our client wanted gates that were in keeping with the character of the old property while offering modern security and convenience. Secure21 LTD was commissioned to design and install a gate solution that met these criteria, delivering a seamless blend of heritage style and advanced automation technology.
Our client wanted to install new automated gates for their domestic property, which had a classic, historic look. The gates needed to complement the traditional aesthetic of the old property while meeting modern security requirements. Additionally, the design and installation had to comply with local parish council guidelines for maintaining the character of the area. Our client also required a matching pedestrian gate for controlled access, ensuring both security and ease of use.
The installation process began with a thorough consultation and site survey to ensure compliance with local parish council guidelines and our client's aesthetic requirements. We fabricated the Elise dual steel swing gates to the exact specifications needed for the property, incorporating a design that matched the classic look while providing modern durability. The gates were powder-coated for a long-lasting finish, and the composite infill was added to maintain a balance between traditional style and contemporary materials.
The automated system was installed using brushless underground motors, which offered smooth, quiet, and efficient operation without compromising the heritage appearance of the property. The matching pedestrian gate was installed with a hydraulic closer for smooth, controlled access and a bolt lock for added security. We conducted extensive testing on all components to ensure the automation system and the gates operated seamlessly.
Secure21 LTD proposed installing the Elise dual steel swing gates, which feature a design that aligns well with traditional architectural styles. The gates would be automated using brushless underground motors, providing discreet and reliable operation. To complement the main gates, we designed a matching pedestrian gate equipped with a hydraulic closer and a bolt lock for secure access. Both the main and pedestrian gates were powder-coated to achieve a cohesive look and fitted with composite infill to blend modern functionality with a classic appearance.
The installation of the Elise dual steel swing gates and matching pedestrian gate significantly enhanced the property's security and maintained its traditional aesthetic. The use of brushless underground motors provided a discreet and reliable automation solution, while the powder-coated finish and composite infill ensured the gates blended harmoniously with the historic character of the house. The project successfully met local parish council guidelines and the client’s requirements, demonstrating Secure21 LTD’s ability to deliver customized solutions that combine classic style with modern functionality.
