1. Failed Existing Gate: The community’s existing gate system had failed and no longer operated effectively. It also did not meet GateSafe safety standards, posing both functional and safety concerns.
2. Enhanced Security: The community required a robust and reliable gate system to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Ease of Access: Residents needed a simple and effective way to control access for themselves and their visitors.
4. Customization: The gate design had to reflect the luxury status of the community while complementing its architectural style.
5. Integration: The intercom system needed to provide seamless communication and access control for three separate properties.
6. Durability and Automation: The gate system needed to be durable and equipped with a high-quality automation system to handle frequent usage.

The installation was completed in a systematic manner:

1. Removal of Existing Gate: The old gate, which had failed and did not meet safety standards, was dismantled and removed from the site.
2. Site Preparation: Groundwork and onsite welding was completed to ensure a stable foundation for the new gates.
3. Gate Installation: The Miura Roll Top Swing Gate was installed, ensuring precise alignment and smooth operation.
4. Automation Setup: The motor, safety sensors, and control systems were integrated and rigorously tested.
5. Intercom Integration: The 3-button GSM intercom system was installed and programmed to enable seamless communication for the three households.
6. Handover and Training: Residents were trained on how to operate the system, including the intercom and remote controls, ensuring they were comfortable with the new setup.
